Where can i get high quality 10000k hid fog lights

Where can i get high quality 10000k hid fog lights. My friend got 10000k but it looks purple is it because its a low quality brand... where can i get crystal blue H11 fog lights for a good price?

any one use the HID kid on the DDMtuning site for cayenne fogs?
