Will an 18inch wheel fit the Cayenne Turbo?

I have a 2004 Cayenne S with 18" Turbo wheels
My friend a 2004 Cayenne Turbo
He wants my wheels in exchange of his 19's

Will my 18's fit the Cayenne Turbo?
Maybe the brake calipers are too large , thats why I wonder

Most all 18's will clear the brakes but you want to make sure the widths and offsets are compatible.

All above responses are correct, and the only real difference between S and Turbo brakes, for first generation Cayennes, was the caliper color, this is of course assuming it is not a Turbo S/Powerkit. The 18" wheels are actually called 18" Turbo wheels, because that was the standard wheel for Turbos, though most upgraded to 19s or 20s.
