I use the Scorpion Zero All-Seasons on my 20" and 22" wheels ... good wear and handle pretty well too. Price is much lower than the Michelins. Plus, they're Italian.

 

I had the Toyo Proxy ST 295/30/22 and thought they were excellent wet or dry. Amazing tread wear, pretty quiet and handled great.

 

Toyo Proxes ST (original) was a great tire for the $$$ unfortunately they discontinued it...

 

That is too bad, what a great tire especially for the $$. What did they replace it with?

Not really, it's just different. I like the Pirelli Scorpion the best though.

 

Did you notice any adverse ride characteristics going from the 20's to the 22's? I also have a 06 turbo S, and have been debating the switch to 22's. Mainly for the wheel well filling attribute.

 

Ride difference is hardly noticeable. IMO. It also depends on which suspension setting your used to driving in. I changed mine to the "comfort" setting when running the 22's in the summer. I leave it in "normal" in winter with the 20's.

 

Especially since your 06 CTT-S has air supension, you really won't notice much ride difference....the suspension does most of the work!
