I searched the forums and all the chatter on PCM software upgrades are about the versions and what have you. I am less concerned as I will just ask the dealer to do it. What I do want to know is if anyone here has gone from a 1.0 in an 05 Cayenne to anything higher, and what did you notice? I ask only as my GPS is great for telling me where I am, just don't try to program an address. Last week I was heading into NYC and I was trying to progam the intersection of Broadway and 33rd. . . . . . . NOPE - stupid PCM would not take the cross-street. It took broadway but grayed out the cross-street option. This happens to me constantly and it leads me to believe there are database holes. Outside of its coolness sitting there in the dash, I have to say its one of the worst GPS units I have used. SO back to the ??? - Any one do a software update + map update and see any nice differences???
