I decided to drive over to the Caddy dealership yesterday to see if they had any '09 CTS-Vs on the lot. The dealership is about a mile from my house. To my disappointment, they didn't have any left to show me. When I got in the CTT and started to leave it started to make that horrible sound that your power steering pump makes when you've boiled your fluid or lost most of it. Luckily, the Porsche dealership is half way in between the Caddy dealership and my house. I pulled in there and noticed fluid just dripping all over their parking lot. I jumped into an awesome Dodge Caliber loaner and went home. Well, they just called and the whole pump needs to be replaced. Not a big deal except that I'm 1500 miles over my warranty w/o an extended warranty. Hope this doesn't hurt too much...
