New Member Intoduction : '06 Cayenne Turbo

I traded in my 2001 M5 on my new-to-me Cayenne Turbo. Initially I went to just test drive the car and see if it was interesting enough to consider. Instead after talking numbers with the dealer they hit my number and I bought the car.

Now I just need to take it off-roading and to the track to see what it can do.

Beautiful Ride!

looks almost like mine. sorry, but I still don't have pics. You're one of the few that's willing to take yours off-roading. I'm wanting to do the same, but since I have 22" Sport Techno replicas I gotta wait until I can get the ride fitted with 20" 265/50s on Nitto Terra Grapplers for off-roading duty. Let me know how it your off-roading excursion goes.

Thanks for the compliment.

I'm not sure how well the 20" Sport Technos will hold up, but I think they'd be ok for some dirt paths or something of that sort.

Congrats on the new ride, though I think you will miss your e39, I know I did.

I was thinking I would miss it but right now I can't say I have any regrets over the 4+ years of ownership and am glad to be in a new car. I loved it because it was the car I dreamed about owning for a long time and when I purchased it I found out just how much a dealership can make or break the ownership experience. It was so bad I will never consider a BMW again.

That's why I kept my e39 and bought CS

Using e39 as a daily beater
