painting GTS wheels

i wonder if GTS wheels can be painted, but only the center. i would leave the outer rim stock color. may carrera wheels are like that, even a factory option.

I have had better results with Powdercoating vs paint... more durable.

you should look into powdercoating the whole wheel instead. i think it would look alot better then painting them.

i have a white GTS and would prefer to have a light color edge with dark center. just like techart wheels. however, i was told that only painting the center is difficult since there is no clear separation with the edge or outer rim......

instead of painting 'em, powder coat 'em, will be much cleaner & stay attached much longer.
