I have a 2005 CTT with pcm 2.1. I had a mobridge unit installed with BT, but my PCM unit did not have phone buttons so I had to use my blackberry to operate. Annoying needless to say.

I have since installes a newer PCM 2.1 WITH phone buttons. EVerything works great except:

1. I get a phone error code. I can hit enter to bypass it ... and everything works great. I think the previous owner of the PCM had factory phone option so the PCM is looking for that.

2. the dealer said that I can turn that off using the factory Porsche test unit.

3. I had my indy try to do that, and they could not do it. I think the unit is from a 2008 , and my indy test unit cannot access it.

Any ideas? Any indy guess in the NY metro area have a newer version.
