The wheels sit perfectly flush with the body lip around the fender opening.... as opposed to inset about 1" with the stock 19" rims and tires. But as far as sticking out they don't at all, and you don't need fender flares.

They look great, I passed on gentley used set for $2995 with tires on ebay a few weeks ago. I was afraid about them not fitting since my P dealer told me the would not. So appeciate your pics.

Do you but all weather or snow tires on come winter?
