Quote: I am questioning this also!!! I was not aware the CTT or CTTS had GTS type, "sports exhaust". I sure can not find it in any build sheet, that's for sure. What's the deal??? Is this part of the "tubi" upgrade??? Does it add the switchable function??? Inquiring minds want to know.

Response from my sales guy regarding the sports exhaust option and GTS exhaust

"It;s baffle that direct the air thru a different set of cambers with-in the muffle it's self. Basically thru values and actuators it's a flic of a button. Buttttttt....labor can be a little bit expensive to put it on from a gts because it may need other things like hose and maybe switches to be installed and programmed. The 3000 I believe is a aftermarket muffler which is a bolt on system...remember with the gts muffler you would need to order and need bumper cover plus hardware and bracket. I believe there is more to it the bolt on for gts like installing hardware and switched to activate the dual mode. Hope this helps "

Porsche does NOT offer the switchable option for the CTT or CTTS. So, is pepper09tt's Porsche fitted with an aftermarket muffler that does have this function???. Of course one could obtain the system from Porsche and retrofit if they were industrious enough. I am curious as to the system that pepper09tt has on His CTT.

When i picked up my CTT, I asked the dealer what kind of "improvements" he suggested and could install...his preference was the Techart module to lower my pepper,a GIAC ECU flash upgrade and a Tubi exhaust(both for performance and better sounding pipes ) ... I could e-mail the dealer for further details if anyone is interested...
I am very satisfied with the result and enjoy watching heads turn when i start my pepper

If you could that would be great. Although TUBI does not make a system for 08 + CS, i'm interested in hearing why there is a sound change when you press the Sport button.
Thanks.

Pepper09tt, that would be great. I am also curious as to the "change" when going to sport mode. My Wifes CTT sure does not change anything in the exhaust system.

Why do you refer to it as "pepper"?

Just curious.

Sounds great by the way!
