This was pretty easy to install. Definitely more "whoosh" sound. You can hear the DVs blowing off pressure as well. It's not really any noisier under slow daily driving and that's with the A/C and radio off. No real seat of the pants difference that I can feel with the IPD and bypass pipes I already had on there, but I'm sure it's going to help in the long run once the tune goes in.

Of note when installing these, when placing the MAF tubes back into the stock position as recommended, I had some slight interference with the valve covers. If anyone else is looking to put these in themselves, be sure to clock the MAF tube so the harness connectors dont' touch anything, but be careful on the driver's side as there isn't a lot of play in the length of that harness.

Other things I found were that the o-ring connecting the elbow to the MAF housing on the passenger side was displaced such that it wasn't 100% sealed up. There was a slim trail of powdery dust at that place inside the tubing going to the turbo a ways. And the stock air filter on the driver's side was put in with about 50 greasy/dirty black fingerprints so whoever did the service when I bought the thing must've been in a hurry.

But all in all the install went pretty easily and I'm down to the wire about adding a tune.
