sand white gts

vduzin12 is infamous around these parts
sand white gts

for those of you that have sand white cayennes have you noticed any yellowing of the lower body parts?(valence and rocker panels)

Yes, the textured plastic bits have started to stain and discolor.

So it's the film and not the paint? Has anyone repainted them without the film?- assuming it's the film

There was no factory film on my lower plastic parts, which are discoloring. I have the Sports Design Package (looks like the GTS) and the whole package appears to be colored textured plastic although it could be textured plastic painted with a satin paint. Regardless, it was a $4,785 option and will look terrible in a couple of years. The material just seems to absorb stains. I will take it up with the dealer at some point.

the colour on plastic will never be the same/stay the same as on metal, its a major bug for body shops.

on white cars (same with red) it shows up more than others.
