Anyone dealt with LA The Auto Gallery service?

I find them a very big disappointment and it is unfortunate that they are the only Porsche dealership in my area. I could go to Porsche of Beverly Hills but that a longer drive compared to The Auto Gallery which are almost around the corner.

Initially their technician backed up on my Cayenne into another one right in the shop and they had to repaint bumper on my brand new car.. After that the claimed that they have fixed the issue with my car but it was not fixed and now they are refusing to do anything and saying I need to go through Porsche rep!

This is my first Porsche and first experience dealing with Porsche service and comparing them to my prior experience with BMW dealerships their lever of customer service is very low.

I was planning to buy myself a new 997 4S but now thinking that if I should... as I don't want to deal with such a low customer service and low knowledge team that does not know what they are doing.

sorry to hear that
they have been great with me, robert service manager was always very helpful, even reduced some costs on items that were out of CPO coverage.
The master tech is a car racer who treats my car as if it was his.
my salesman was Russel who went way beyond what was required, not really sure why you had a bad experience and as importantly why they did not do everything to rectify it.
re BH... my business partner bought an 07 911... he is still waiting for his DVD for his missing Nav...

It actually looks like things are being fixed. They had to call Porsche rep. to come out and see my issue, which he did and now they are going to replace my rear shocks, which I knew was the problem from the beginning but they instead replaced my exhaust.
Going to test drive 09 C4S PDK today and compare it to 08 Turbo. Still can't make up my mind

Not really, I did speak to few guys there but didn't really work with them. I will see if I can find Russell.

Yeah, PDK unfortunately does give you a feeling of authomatic rather than F1-SMG type of feeling but it is very very fast and offers good performance.
