How accurate are Edmunds prices for Cayenne Turbo?

How accurate are Edmunds prices for Cayenne Turbo?
It says ours (2003 Turbo, about $7k in options, $96k original MSRP, 19k miles) should be worth about $74k. Any ideas if thats in line with reality?
We're considering selling it... not because of problems with it but because I just cannot stand dealing with our local dealer. (and we only have one...)
