I've got a 2006 CS, and for the most part the engine temp gauge stays at 180. However lately I see it head north a bit when I get stuck in a little traffic. Obviously I know that with reduced airflow things will get warmer under the hood, but it seems to be creeping up even when the outside air isn't so hot, say 60 degrees.

Should the temp gauge stay pinned at 180? What's the thermostat temperature on the 4.5liter V8?
