Does anyone know what the market is on good condition stock turbo brakes? Do is there a decent market from V6 Cayenne owners, or Toureg, other compatible cars?

Just wondering how much $$ can be had from the stock setup if one were to upgrade. I searched a little bit on several forums, but hadn't seen any for sale ads posted to give a ballpark.
