How many miles on your tires?

On the way to the Seahawks game yesterday I picked up a screw in my right rear tire and had to pull over and get out the collapsible spare. I had my Dad take the CTT to the local Les Schwab and they're saying I need 4 new tires. Fine, but the problem is I just bought these things 1 year and 3 days ago. That's only about 15k miles. The tires are Toyo Proxes S/T in 295/30/22 and cost me $1300 for 4. The first 1 inch of each tire on the inside apparantly is below legal limits so they won't patch the "screwed" tire. The rest of the tire looks almost brand new. I never noticed this wear that they're claiming so I told them to wait until I saw it with my own eyes. They claim that the Cayennes come from the factory with this type of camber already dialed in. Anybody else getting this amount of inner wear? They also no longer make the 295 size so I have to get 285's and the price is now $2000 for a set of 4. Smaller tire and $700 extra?

I'd especially like to hear from those with the Techart module installed since I drive in the Low setting about 90% of the time. Maybe I need to align this beast while in the Low setting??

I wouldn't expect much more than 15K on tires for the Cayenne. The 295/35 x 21 PZeros on my GTS lasted about 18K miles, but they were pretty much toast for the last couple thousand miles. But the irregular wear on your tires does sound like something else is amiss.

Another Les Schwab looked at the tires and said that I only need to replace the 2 rears. Unfortunately, they don't make the 295/30/22 size anymore. And, for some reason, the 285 size costs $2k per set (instead of the $1400 I paid for the 4 tires in 295 size). They were able to find 2 remaining tires in that size at a facility in Georgia. So...I will get an alignment and see if that helps. Otherwise, does anybody know if the 305/30/22 size will fit on these 22x10 Techarts??

I've been getting close to 15k mostly on the highway with my CTT.

I had the same inner wear, my tire guys said when it is switched in sport mode the tires actually toe in quite a bit, you guys are lucky, I average a little over 5k miles on mine, I drive it very hard though I ran the 200 rated tire from Michelin Diamitrius? He recommended to go to there 400 rated tire, little louder but hey i'm at 9k miles and warning bars are almost touching

Is tire wear similar for the other sizes such as 18? I'd like a winter set and may start to look at some. I cannot imagine paying more than around 150/tire. I was kinda shocked when I saw 2000 for 4....yikes!
