Question Is there a touch up pen or paint specific for....

I have the same thing, fingernails touching buttons peels off what seems like a vinyl coating? Does anybody know if they sell replacement covers or brushed alum would be a good solution?

The Panorama magazine has ads for factory color pencils. I have one for the body and it works well. Not sure if they do interior? But they would be a good place to start.
