Rear Wheel Spacers for CTT?

Good Morning all...
I have an 05 CTT with the 20" stock turbo technos. I was wondering if any of you know why you are not supposed to use rear wheel spacers with this wheel application. I am planning on upgrading to 22's and wondering if that will still be the case. Thanks for your help.

never heard of that one , I have the staggered sport technos with the spacer. Other than they will stick out slightly from the fender. I ave the wheel flares so mine line right up

I'm in the same boat with my 19" winters. They tuck in more than my stock 21s. I'd like to run a small spacer at all 4 corners.
