Ok guys, what exactly is the sportsdesign bodykit? To me, it looks like Painted front and back lower bumpers AND painted thicker sideskirts. In other words, the only difference between the kit and base model is painted front and back bumpers and a different side skirt design. Can someone confirm this?
I looked at the description it says the front and back bumper add ons will make the car appear " lower" But they look the same to me! except that they are painted. Sideskirts are definitely different.

yes. or any other GTS. this is a porsche design edition, but bodykit are all the same.

 

Not 100% true, I have the Sport Design kit for my 2004 CTT. While the front and side skirt pieces are similar to the GTS the rear skirt is different from the sport design kit version for the turbo. Still have not installed mine yet so no pictures.

 

GTS is a newer bodystyle... dont think the comparison between your 04 and 08 is relevant

 

I thought it was the wheel arches and rockers. My rear lower bumper is molded plastic that does not appear to be painted.

 

Wheel arches are to accommadate the 21 GTS wheels extra width, which can be ordered separated. I thought the lower part of your back and front bumpers are painted. I have seen white GTS and the lower plastic bumper is def painted. So the question remains, what is the difference between the sportdesign body kit and non GTS models besides the side skirt???

 

Well the Turbos and GTS Have "Color matched" lower textured portions they dont come in color from the dealer either, they have to be painted but its a flat finish, I considered painting mine glossy but it makes cleaning so easy (no watermarks no waxing)

My CTTS has it. No great photos, but here is one...

 

i am pretty sure it is just paint on the front and rear. the rocker panels are the part that makes the C look lower.

so, just buy the rocker panel upgrade
