Question Would 24" rims fit a '08 Cayenne Base ???

I just bought a 2008 Cayenne (the base model) and wanted to upgrade from the 17" rims its got on right now.. Wz wondering if 24" rims would fit or would they rub and burn, touching the fenders n stuff esp with people sitting??

If someone could help me figure out the best rims with specs of what to look at like width and stuff, would be of real help !! I just don't want a factory looking cayenne esp after looking at what some of you guys have done with your cayenne's hehe

Waiting for any and all the help I can get.. THANKS IN ADVANCE !!

bad idea...

teh ONLY 24" tire that's CLOSE to appropriate would be a 275/30-24 and it's only got a 101W rating max 1800 lbs and it's 30.5" tall.

Your performance would be shot, it'd look stupid and it'd be unsafe and ride like crap.

Do some 20" wheels with 275/40 or 275/45's and it'll look good or some 22's if you have air suspension or can lower it.

You really want to kill the ride and handling of your Cayenne with 24's. Friend of mine has 22" on his and it rode like junk. 20 on base suspension is as big as i'd go in roder to keep the performance aspect of this SUV and have a smoother ride too.
