Any special considerations when welding exhaust on CTT?

Any special considerations when welding exhaust on CTT?
I just got the new cayenne home and noticed it has a broken hanger that needs to be tacked up. Do I need to take the exhaust off the car to have that done? Welding on the vehicle safe for electronics?

Nevermind, my lazy but just got under there and unbolted the two hangers and the two clamps @ the mid pipes. The whole unit slid out and down. Viola!
6 bolts got turned total- Took it down to the local welder and he threw some beads on the hangers where the maker should have welded it better. 20$ for the welds and a few hours of my time. Sooo yeah-20$ Wonder what Porsche would have charged me?
