I used to have those wheels in 23" too...same prob with 2 of the wheels. It's not the tire size or that they are 23's... it's the wheel. They are notorious for this problem (I learned the hard way...spent hundreds if not thousands fixing). I did some research and the rinspeed 23" wheel is flawed and it is common...they have weak inner barrels. Just accept it and get something else. I bought new 23" gts reps with 315/25/23 tires and have zero issues (6 months) and I'm lowered. It is so nice not having to worry about hitting the smallest divot in the road and cracking the wheel. It's the wheel, trust me. I know it's not what you want to hear but nothing you do will fix it. Once they crack they will continue to crack.

Isn't a 21 big enough, I mean your car came standard with 17's.
+1 , I have OEM 21x10.5 gts wheels with 295-35-21 tires and off road all the time. One time I was backing up at a brisk pace and ran over a curb parking lot planter island thing. Yeah.......hit that bad boy pretty good, felt like my suspension was gonna be mangled. Not a problem with the the pepper or the wheels/tires, handled it like a champ get a good quality forged wheel or oem. The 21" gts wheel happens to be especially beefy cuz it was made for the cayenne.

Hello, are you still interested in selling your 23" rinspeed wheels, I want to buy even if you have two of them in good condition.
