I believe I will at some point.....I expect a fight as Ben said...they do not admit there is a problem...Particularily with the transmission lag...
It is a good idea...maybe I can get another one....as I have posted many times, if the damned thing shifted better I could live with the other qc issues...

My car doesnt have any problems... they were able to fix the lag problem now I have 0 lag whatsoever. The only thing that bugs me is how the air isn't as good as it should be, the radio has freezed a couple of times, and it jerks violently at times... its almost like the tranny has a mind of its own: it will jump forward like a couple of inches and you can really feel it... feels like something smacks the bottom of the car. They keep saying they are not able to replicate the problem.... so I may just lemon it because its really annoying. I feel you should lemon it as well, my father is a lawyer and he says it shouldn't take too long... if you want I can let you know what we do if all goes well for us. The lemon laws vary from state to state, so I think you guys should check with your state first and see what the requirements, etc. are

my father doesn't do cars.. lol.. doesn't really have the time for minor stuff like this --just going to do it for me because I am his son obviously
If they can't fix your car, I will most definitely be willing to help you out though

Man you guys are scaring me
my 05 CS comes in a months time... hope i get a good one.
Can you guys jot down the year and model of your car and brief prob. description? So at least get a consensus of which cars are experiencing what problems.

05 CS...tranmission lags and lurches....many 'dead zone' where the truck simply sits and waits before proceeding...
lots of qc issues....some minor but annoying...
airbag light on
foggy headlights
turning lights replaced.
rear glass replaced
keys dont work well at all even after two fixes
am radio reception sucks
many transmission complaints...mostly relating to lagging and lurching....
8-10 mpg...but that is the least of it...
There was a list of all problems that was very comprehensive posted recently...listed all problems and which Cayennes have them...

I had a couple of minor problems but they were all fixed. Dont worry Cayenne328 most of these minor problems are only on the older models.
