Universal Audio Interface
How functional is the UAI? Can you view by album, artist and or song or are you limited and bogged down to lots of scrolling?
Lastly, anyone use anything but an IPOD? How is the experience there? I am anti apple / ipod and want to use a Zune or something similiar. I have eliminated the 6 Disc changer and might be adding Burmester but I don't want it to be a waste if the experience is poor using an mp3 player.

My last porsche 2008 Cayman S I installed an Alpine W505 which was supposed to be the best connection to an Ipod, and the New Porsche system leaves it in the dust.

I can only speak for how it works with Iphone/Ipod. It has all the same menu functions as far as playlists, artists, album etc.
My last porsche 2008 Cayman S I installed an Alpine W505 which was supposed to be the best connection to an Ipod, and the New Porsche system leaves it in the dust.

That would be really cool, but lets count our blessings that the German Engineers did such a good job getting to this point. They normally dont like spending time on such luxury waste as PCM
