The offest is 45mm. Does anyone run this set up? Do they stick out past the fender? Thanks for any pics or thoughts

They will stick out in front. I had 19x9.5 OZ Canyon wheels with a 52mm offset on my previous 06 Cayenne S and they protruded just a tiny bit. It looked good, but I certainly wouldn't have wanted it to protrude any more. A 10" wheel with a 45mm offset will protrude 14 mm more.

FYI...on the GTS model which has the 14mm fender extensions, the stock fitments are 21x10, ET50 in front, and an optional 21x10 ET45 in the rear.

I can tell you that I have the 21" x10.50 GTS wheels w/295-35-21 wheels on my 04 turbo, and they fit very well with no issues whatsoever. I dont know what the backspacing is on them.

Haney,
Do you have the fender extensions and are your wheels OE. I see alot of guys running 22 X 10 wheels and that seems to work but I used a fitment calculator and it would be 37MM further out than my current 18 X 8 OEM wheels and that would definately stick out. How is everyone doing the 22 x 10 without looking like a roller skate
Thanks
Caesar

No fender ext. and the wheels ARE O.E. Porsche I will try to get some pics up for you. They are right at the limit, any more offset and they wouldnt look good.
