Aftermarket Ceramics

Anyone ever change out their turbo breaks to big break ceramics?

is this something that can be done down the road to a car without ceramics initially?

what does something like this cost? just asking for myself or those that are contemplating ceramics for a build or regular stock breaks on any model cayenne.
