Enhancing Performance

I have a 2005 Cayenne S. Are there any aftermarket products that can significantly boost the horsepower of the car, with out costing a fourtune?

With a NA motor, the short answer is no. If you remove the secondary cats, put in high flow mufflers, high flow air filters, you might get 15 ponies additional or so. The throttle response and sound will improve and that would be a more compelling reason to do this rather than the nominal HP gain. If the ecu is tweaked with the exhaust setup, you make get 20 hp total....

I like the EVO supercharger idea, would mean that the car would have 520 hp, if it doesnt break down every month...LOL
