Is there any source either on line or in print that shows the engine mechanicals, parts, electrical wiring of the vehicle, etc. I have tried doing a search and have come up with nothing for any Porsche vehicle. I have owned a number of Audis and there is tons out there for the DIY hobbyist, but I can't seems to source anything for Porsche.

There are good workshop manuals on Porsche's website... The RennList coolant pipes stickie thread has great info in how to buy them, a couple pages in - like $2.80 each if I recall. PM me if you can't find it.

 

Just to let you know..whoever is interested..I just recieved the cayenne repair cd (ebay stuff)..files are all in PDF..covers 03 to 08...and turbo too!!
