PPI for dealer-damaged 'new' turbo
Run do not walk. You can find a much better dealer than that. Have they discussed how the repair will affect your re-sale value?
May not matter if you were leasing but the repair will not go unnoticed at trade-in time.
Good Luck!

Seems to me, the dealer was not up front with you and is trying to mask a problem. Even if they repaired the damage, you never know what was really damaged, and how good the body shop work was - as it could take years for the paint / damage to show. Plus will the vehicle be labeled as body work repairs, so when you want to sell, they may be a red flag? Of course all this is the worst scenerio.
I would negotiate new turbo at the same price as damaged vehicle. Good luck, sorry it happened to you, but delivery damages are not uncommon.
