Clicking Noise Under the Glove Box

There is a clicking noise coming from under the glove compartment. Almost like a pump pumping something or a sensor or something. Anyone know what this might be? starts clicking once the the key is turned to accessory mode and continues to click when the car is turned on. Any help is appreciated

I get something similar as well, but assume its the Auto Heat/Air system doing its vents reset.
