Tires for a GTS?

Hey guys!

I'm looking to slap some new rubber on my GTS, and wanted to get some thoughts on what tires you guys would recommend?

Currently, I'm running Pirelli P-Zero Rosso (295/35ZR21XL 107Y NO), and I love the look, but not sure that I should stick with them again.

Any ideas? Really want to keep the look of the current tires, but thought I may as well get some advice from the pro's here

just sold my GTS yesterday, but was running the Stock Mich and they are by far the best ride. Obviously a personal opinion

I just replaced my Pirellis at about 28,000 miles with a set of Dunlop Sport Maxx tires (295 35 21) and love them. They're quiet, great in the rain and are plenty sticky in the dry. They look good too. TireRack has them for about $375 each plus shipping. Get them filled with nitrogen and you'll be all set (I used "Nitrofil" for $39 for all 4 which comes with 12 months of road hazard coverage on the tires and roadside assistance).

I have used both (Yoko's and Rosso's) and I much prefer the Yoko's. I blew a tire when my they were about to be replaced and the Yoko's weren't available, so I went with the Rossos. They have a more rounded look and don't handle as well. Not a dramatic difference by any means though

Jace do you stock extra rim and tires at home just in case if you ever need to replace there is no wait since wheel/tire at this size typically need to be special ordered?

If you're leasing the Cayenne, you will need to buy Porsche approved tires. If leasing, may want to double check with your leasing co, as it applied to me.

Nah, no lease, bought it outright. Probably going to go with the Pirelli's, since only 2 of the tires actually need replaced. Always feels a bit dirty to me, to only replace a couple, but I can put the extra toward some other planned improvements

Thanks for the help, guys! Much appreciated!

I am currently running Continentals UHPs They are just ok. They are loud when stopping, and not as sticky as the Michelins that were originally on the car but they at least hold air. I will use them on my wife ML but will go with something else next time on my pig.
