Hi guys. I recently purchased an 06 CS which came with the standard key as well as a credit card sized 5mm thick card which I have to have on me at all times.

The car will start without the card being in range but the security system primes itself and starts beeping, presumably about to go off.

Theres a small flashing diod bellow the dash, right of the steering wheel which I presume has something to do with this card.

Anyway, question is; does anyone know whether this card is a standard Porsche feature on this car or any other information about it for that matter?
