I would imagine that you won't see a "GTS" version of the Cayenne until sales of current Cayennes slow down and they need to introduce some "spice" back to the line.

 

Ok so I just heard that there will actually be a Cayenne GTS for this version. So just a heads up.. it will be a 2013 addition..

Oh and get this they are doing it for the Panamera as well. Got to love Porsche hehe.. Maybe they will do what I wanted in the first place and put that master piece of a V8 with MT; ahh dreams are so nice!

 

I would imagine they need to start the design process now so that they are ready to release whe sales of current modles slow.

You can always "Delay" the introduction of the GTS if sales are up of other modles.

 

When i last visited my dealer, i was told that the 958 gts is coming next year (2012) as a 2013 model

 

^ that's good news if the GTS would be available next year, a tempting upgrade for me. Too long of a wait for the 2014 facelift.
