So, since we only got one key with my 04 Cayenne S, we want to get a second one. Anyone know about how much those will cost?

 

About $350. Must be ordered throughout the dealer. There are slightly cheaper ways, but all include some risk that it may not work.

 

Mine was $130 plus $90 to program. I talked the dealer into doing it for $200 while my car was in for other service.

I bought a key lightly used key for $30 off of ebay. paid $55 for the blank "key" and laser cut. The dealer needs all the sets of keys to reprogram the new key.

The car is at the dealer now for some warranty work and our dealer is not charging anything for labor or programming.
