Drive Shaft Replacement Kit

Says it replaces old bearring in 30 min. Thinking of replacing mine soon, let me know what you guys think!

Been discussed at some length on this and other Cayenne forums.

Since it doesn't replace the bearing - if the bearing is the problem (and a seizing bearing WILL tear the rubber support) - it's a wasted effort.

One person did buy it and try it - and removed it rather quickly. He said it caused vibration in the car that he could feel. He ended up with a new or rebuilt driveshaft.

Since the rebuilt shaft from the same vendor is LESS money then this kit - and since the shaft can be easily replaced (probably in the same 30 minutes to do the bearing) it seems like a solution for a question no one asked..

I'd just go with a rebuilt driveshaft.
