The part number 94810513107 that's quoted in the comments section of the article is the whole valve cover assembly which will also come with a new diaphragm......at the cost of $300-$400.

The 948-105-934-00 that's quoted in the article is not the correct part number either. That is the camshaft adjuster seal.

There doesn't seem to be a correct diaphragm part number listed.

Oil consumption will vary based on how hard the engine works. If you’re running in sports mode frequently expect to add oil more frequently. If I recall correctly, I may need to add a quart after 4000 to 5000 miles.
