Is the sport mode and On-road Off-road driving program standard on 09 Cayenne V6?

Just bought a CPO and the sport mode button can not be pressed down. The local dealer told me it's an option and the car doesn't have the option. I also could get the driving program to work and was told that is also an option i don't have. I was almost sure that sport mode and driving programs are standard features.

I have just purchased a second hand '09 base model Cayenne ,for my wife, and I can't get sport mode to engage. I'd love to know what the dealer told you.

 

It is a standard feature. The button was just broken. Get the dealer to fix it.
