One of my Headlight power washers is stuck. It goes up and sprays when pulling the stalk back, but only goes down 2/3 of the way.. My other one works just fine. It may be some dirt stopping it from going all the way down, but it can't just be pulled up to wipe it down.
Does anyone know how to keep it in the spray position to clean it other than trying to stop it by shutting the car off while it is in the raised position?

 

They are forced out by hydraulic pressure, so there's really no way to keep them out while they're not spraying. If it's stuck part-way out, you can pull it the rest of the way out by hand, it just takes a little bit of force. Once out, you should be able to see how to remove the nozzle, and that will make it easier to clean.
