Cool Sway bar upgrade

I want to make improvements for cornering ability and had read this article https://www.6speedonline.com/forums/...australia.html

Great. So I want to put the GTS front stabiliser bar on my Cayenne. I went to the dealership and they found on their system that I already have the exact same stabiliser bar as the GTS w/air susp i.e. 38mm Orange part# 955 343 701 60. Surprising to say the least. Also, the biturbo w/air susp carries the 37mm Yellow piece. I am looking to upgrade but find these results confusing. I had thought that in general larger diameter confers greater anti-sway effect. Is the steel tempered differently? Also, which model has better anti-sway ability — GTS or Turbo? (w/air suspension)

Can anyone shed light on this conundrum?
