19" Tire options help

I have thecayenne design wheels, 19" and starting to look around for tires. Can someone give me info on tires a bit wider than the 275/45 19 I have now?

Here are my questions:
- what is widest size that will fit this rim and car in the 19" rim size?
- What would be most recommended other than oem size?

Why not check with Tire Rack? They usually have listings for 1+ sizes (if the rims will take a wider tire - which I'm not certain they will - I think they're 9" rims.. and the 275/45 might be the max width recommended for that width rim.)
