I have a 2006 Porsche Cayenne titanium edition. I just had the $2000 coolant pipe issue repaired on the vehicle. I picked the car up and when I parked at home I've noticed the following issue:
the idle continues to flip back and forth between high and low : 600 RPMs up to almost 2000 back down to 600. here's a link to a video of my cayenne doing this:
Anyone have any thoughts?

 

Take it back to whoever did the pipes. Since the intake has to be removed to do the pipes, undoubtably something wasn't done right (there is one vacuum line that likes to break.. and the intake gaskets should all be replaced when this job is done.)

 

Thank you. I have been doing some research, this does not sound like an issue with the coils, does it?

Just take it back and have him re-check the intake?
