Common upgrades and modifications?

I use half mobil 1 5w-40 diesel oil and half 0w-40 European oil.
What other upgrades and modifications should I do to my 2004 Cayenne S that is a daily driver?
It has 115,000 miles on it.

Hi SmokerSteve, why mix the two oils? and did you do this from new or when you bought it, sorry for the silly question just curious.

As for mod's I would look at uncloging the motor e.g intake and exhaust possibly rear mufflers if in Cal. but cat delete would be better.

Good luck with it

I like the thin cold viscosity of the 0w-40 and the lubricants that are in the diesel oil.
I also have a bunch of the 0w-40 from a sale. Once I use that up I will then be using only 5w-40 mobil diesel oil.
I bought the car used at 40,000 miles. I started using the mobil 1 diesel oil at 90,000 miles.

I do want an exhaust, just not sure what to get yet.
I will be using the OEM filters. I dont want to pay $100+ for air filters.

We actually have a variety of air filters that will fit your Cayenne and should be cheaper than that amount. Have you ever had your coolant pipes repaired? Its a common for the plastic pipes to deteriorate over time, and it isn't a matter of wondering if it will happen, but when. Replacing your plastic pipes with a set constructed of aluminum makes this kit a permanent solution

Yes the coolant manifold has been updated.

I put 2 K&N airfilters in the cart + shipping and it is $90 for 2 air filters and $12 for shipping.

Thank you but that is still too high.
