Now you can plug and your way to a lowered Cayenne. The H&R ETS lowering system works with the Porsche factory air suspension to lower your chassis up to 40 mm beyond the factory limit. H&R ETS modules are plug-and-play, with no wire cutting and splicing or mechanical wrenching necessary. This means that no modifications to your factory wire harness are required and that the module looks like a factory installation. H&R ETS modules come with all the parts required for installation. The ETS unit is easily removed whenever you want to return your car back to factory specification.

Is this a piggy back unit to suspension control unit in the rear trunk area? or how does it work?

Yes it does, the module is able to override the stock maximum lowering height allowing it to go 40 mm below stock.
