Lowering Module and unplugging battery

my car has a lowering module installed. However I have had the battery pulled for the last week and a half to do the cooling system. Today I put everything back together and start it up and getting a air system malfunction error. Is this because the air suspension reset itself and needs to be reprogrammed?

If it happened immediately after pulling the battery, I would say that it is probably not a coincidence. So I would assume that the lowering module needs to be reprogrammed.

If you have a Durametric you can re-calibrate the air suspension yourself. I already typed up some basic instructions and was planning on putting up a tutorial on this forum with some pics. Let me know if you want to give those instructions a shot and I will PM them to you,

Well the weird thing is that it fixed itself somehow. Interesting!

Thx for your reply and offer to help. Greatly appreciated. I need to invest in a durametric

I havent done that in awhile but i think that error is normal when you're in service mode then it should reset itself.

That is correct. If in service mode which is the highest setting available the chassis system error will appear and go away as you drive.
