Are these very expensive to maintain? Should just stick with the regular brake setups when shopping for a Turbo S Any advice is much appreciated

They're only expensive when they need to be replaced. In street driving, they will last well over 100,000 miles. Some people say they'll last for 200,000 miles. One thing to consider - the ceramic rotors can be very easily damaged when changing wheels. It's very important to use two wheel studs when removing or mounting wheels to ensure that you don't nick the edge of the rotor with the wheel. One little nick or chip in the rotor will ruin it.
A new set of ceramic rotors for a Cayenne will set you back well over $10K.
You may want to consider how you will use your Cayenne to help with your decision. Ceramic rotors are great for track applications because they don't fade as much as traditional iron rotors and they are much lighter. If you aren't planning to track your Cayenne, then you probably don't need ceramic rotors.
