Wink Brake rotors, pads, recommendations?

It's time to replace the pads and rotors on my 04 CTT.

Thinking about just ordering the ECS tuning kit to make life easy

Unless anyone has any other non-$1000 suggestions.??

I tow with my CTT, have autocrossed it, tracked it, 4 wheeled it, running 32" tires in the winter, travel the Colorado Rockies mountain passes a lot with it in winter. Just to give you an idea of use. Yet, I still seemed to make my stock set last 107k

Cole, I used the Centric Power slot rotors on mine and have had really good luck. Plus they have a nice black coating on the hats and between the vanes that lasts the distance.

I haven't found a place with better prices than here:

http://www.discountbrakes.com/shop/?...universal:0%29

Part Number: CE126.33080SL

For the pads I used EBC Redstuff pads and didn't like them because they are not aggressive enough and heat builds up in the rotor.

I think next round Im going to do the Yellowstuff pads for suv that are supposed to be quite a bit more aggressive.

I'm shocked that your brakes lasted that long! The brakes in my CS need to be replaced every 40 - 50K miles. I've always used OEM pads and rotors.

I'm a freak of nature when it comes to brakes I just don't seem to use them much

Unlike the rest of the driving public I tend to look VERY far ahead. So other then emergencies and spirited driving moments, they don't get much use. The use they do get is pretty linear and smooth.

I've never gone through brakes on my street cars like others seem to.
