I have my muffler sitting in my room (the SR-1). That thing has about 3" of resonator style deadening, and that's it. That should be a loud muffler once it goes on.

I also spoke to Rob today about plans for my CTS. I agree it's great to talk to the man behind the company. I'm sure it will be more difficult for him as his business grows, but he's doing it the right way as far as I'm concerned. I can't wait to get my parts also so I can get them installed.

I've gotta say, I have respect for Leistung so far. It looks like they've got great quality parts and aren't charging a premium just because of the vehicles that they're designed for. My Cayenne will have Intake, and turbo back exhaust for what some other companies charge for a muffler. Plus it's made in Denver, CO USA!

Yes, it's pretty loud. If you like loud, but not too LOUD, you'll love it!!

Well guys, I just ordered my parts today and I can't wait to get them on the Cayenne! All Leistung for intake, secondary cat delete, midpipe, and SR1 muffler slightly modified. Curious to see what kind of power I'll get with these parts and a tune...

i'm going out of my mind. Work has been sihty (reorgs, etc that make one question sanity of those in driver seat), and I have been unable to contribute in a way I see as very productive. So trying to keep mind occupied and this F'n thing is no where near getting here. God - do something!!!!

Exclamation

Would be great if you and/or any of the other guys could get a couple base line dyno runs to see what kind of horsepower gains these mods are adding. It would be great to see what kind of changes would be seen with just exhaust and intake VS bone stock and VS these same mods + tune.

there are supposedly plenty of stock turbo dyno results here, i haven't looked. I have tts so mine should be higher. i did get 1/8 mile times this past weekend, 25-50mph headwinds so they limited the track don't recall times off my head but mph was just shy of 91. i do plan post install dyno sessions tho
