For you folks who have been doing this, what is the best way to launch the CTT from dead stop and from while in motion?

I am talking about gearing, PSM, anything to prepare and in what sequence, to get the best possible launch.
Not really planning on anything soon, just always wondered, due to the turbo lag, etc. Have seen some view with some pretty good results.
