Switched power for Ipod?

Switched power for Ipod?
I am trying to find a switched power source for my Ipod. In my previous ridethe 12v accessory outlets were all switched and would turn off when the key wasremoved. In the Cayenne all the 12v are always on, the USB in the centerconsole is always on. But it seems like the proprietary Porsche Ipod cable thatplugs into the center console is either switched or does not supply power whenthe key is removed. Can anyone confirm this or have any suggestions?
